Exchange Workshops between Providers and Users of Open Government Data

Within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of the Governmental Decree No. 2021-3 on Open Government Data, aimed at promoting the process of opening public data and stimulating their reuse, and as part of the Support Program for Francophone Open Governments “PAGOF”, the eGovernment Unit at the Presidency of the Government organized in cooperation with the PAGOF program two workshops on the reuse of open government data.

The workshops aim to highlight mechanisms for promoting the reuse of open data and to discuss the cooperation frameworks between the stakeholders involved in this area. They have been organized in the form of thematic working groups which include representatives of public structures providing public data and end re-users (startups, developers, etc.).

In this regard, the first workshop was held on November 27, 2023 and had the theme of improving the digital economy and the development of added-value digital services, and was structured around three thematic working groups, such as the natural resources team, the transportation and infrastructure team, and the investment team.

While the second workshop has been organized on November 30, 2023 and focused on promoting social inclusion and equality, and took place in the form of three thematic working teams namely the social affairs and health team, the education team and the women and children team.
