In line with the implementation of the provisions of Governmental Decree No. 03 of 2021 on open public data, which stipulates the need to develop a strategy to encourage the creation of new uses of open public data, and within the framework of the implementation of the sixth commitment of the Fifth National Action Plan for the Open Government Partnership 2023-2025 relating to the development of a national strategy to promote the reuse of open public data, a workshop was organized on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to present and discuss the results of the diagnostic phase as part of the preparation of this strategy project, in cooperation with the Open Government Support Program in French-speaking African countries “PAGOF”.
The purpose of this workshop was to present the main findings of the diagnostic and to discuss them with the officials responsible for the open public data program at the level of ministries and public bodies, as well as with the end-users of the data, in order to collectively define the proposed strategic priorities, thus preparing for the next phase relating to the formulation of the national strategy.
