This event brought together representatives from governments and civil society organizations across African, Middle Eastern, and North African countries to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation between governments and NGOs active in this field.

The meeting was held under the theme “Rebuilding Trust Through Open Government“, with a focus on several key topics such as innovation, digital governance, the role of emerging technologies, including AI, in improving public services; open data and its reuse; financial transparency and anti-corruption; environmental action, legislative transparency, access to information, and open government.
