Informational day on the initial version of the open data draft decree

In the framework of the second OGP national plan implementation and namely the completion of the 3th commitment related to the completion of the legal and regulatory framework for open data at the national level as well as within the framework of the implementation of the Open Data Action Plan that developed in cooperation with all stakeholders involved and with a World Bank technical support, an Informational day on the initial version of the Open Data draft decree has been organized. Noting that this draft was elaborated by a working group comprising representatives of public structures and civil society. This informational day was devoted for all stakeholders involved of public structures and civil society and it aimed to present and discuss the draft to introduce further amendments and proposals that will be included in this version and will be presented to the public in a on-line consultation.
