Organization of an information day to present the advanced ticketing and payment system pilot project carried out within the framework of the Tunisian-Korean Cooperation Center

Among the projects scheduled for 2023 as part of the Tunisian-Korean Cooperation Center’s activities to support the development of projects in the fields of e-government and open government, the e-government unit at the Presidency of the Government, in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, organized an information day on November 29, 2023 to present the results of the Advanced Ticketing and Payment System (ATPS) pilot project, focusing more specifically on the main components of the advanced ticketing system.

This pilot project was implemented following the results of the feasibility study in the field of intelligent transport carried out as part of the activities of the Tunisian-Korean Cooperation Center for  2022. It is also part of the implementation of the Ministry of Transport’s intelligent transport strategy.

This information day was inaugurated by Mrs Sonia Jelassi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport, and His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Tunisia, Mr Sun Nahm KOOK, in the presence of CEOs and executives of regional and national transport companies and some members of the steering committee of the Tunisian-Korean cooperation center.
