Open Gov Week: organization of a training session on communication for the municipalities of Zaouiet Sousse, Zriba and Nfidha

As part of the celebrations of the Open Government Week by all member countries of the International Partnership Initiative for an Open Government, including Tunisia, the office of GIZ Tunisia has organized, in collaboration with the Unit of Electronic Administration at the Presidency of the Government, a training session on communication for the municipalities of Zaouiet Sousse, Zriba and Nfidha concerned by commitment 10 of the 4th national action plan of the OGP on strengthening the role of youth in the design and monitoring of public projects at the local level (project PAJ-youth action plans). This training session focused on communication techniques, conflict management and leadership and took place on 20-21-22 May 2022 in Sousse.
Note that each of the 12 municipalities involved in this commitment on “youth action plans” benefits from two training sessions (each session is 3 days) on the following topics
– Local governance
– Communication (communication techniques, conflict management and leadership)
These training sessions took place during the weekends of May 2022 in the regions of Tabarka, Hammamet, Sousse and Djerba
