Workshops to develop use cases through the reuse of public data

The eGovernment Unit at the Presidency of the Government, in cooperation with the World Bank, organized 2 workshops on March 15 and 16, 2022 in order to prepare the development of use cases via the reuse of public data at the level of several ministries.
During these workshops, activities were carried out according to a methodology which was designed to allow, first of all, the identifications of problems and challenges each sector is facing, to imagine secondly possible solutions to help reduce these problems through technological solutions based on the principle of reuse of public data, and to proceed in a third step, to the inventory, preparation and publication of data that will be reused later.
Open Data coordinators and a number of senior officials from 12 ministries participated in these two workshops which identified a number of important projects to develop reuse cases based on open data and which can have positive impacts at several economic and social levels.
