Developing communication plans according to the requirements and characteristics of each municipality
In order to develop these communication plans, a number of activities were organized:

Link to the workshop on strengthening public communication
Link to the closing seminar (and the final version of the communication plans)

Acquisition of some machines and equipment necessary to carry out the various communicative activities
Following the diagnosis carried out by the GIZ-commissioned consultancy, it was noted that the municipalities are well-equipped to move forward with the proposed communication actions
Develop a visual identity specific to each municipality to facilitate the communication process
