As a part of the implementation of the 2nd commitment of the 3rd OGP national action plan on “instauring the legal and organizational framework facilitating the public data release”, and based on the results of the national hackathon organized in cooperation with the World Bank which aims to develop digital and innovative solutions in the transport, culture and healthcare sectors by the exploitation and reuse of open public data, Work continued in cooperation with the various stakeholders, namely the World Bank, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and the national health insurance fund in order to evaluate the results achieved during this competition and to work on embodying the prototypes and ideas of projects will be concretized by providing the required accompaniment and technical support to the owners of these projects by the World Bank And in coordination with the involved structures.
It should be mentioned that this competition allowed the presentation of several ideas and prototypes for innovative technological projects base on the open data ruese, which included two aspects:
- The development of internal reuse cases of open public data which aim to find solutions to a various problems raised by public structures;
- The development of external reuse cases of open public data that allow users, programmers and data professionals to develop innovative applications and services oriented to the public and specifically to the citizen;
In the context of continuing work on embodying the proposed projects on both tracks, an assessment committee comprising representatives of the e-Government Unit at the Presidency of the Government, and the three public structures involved, and representatives of the World Bank, selected the final list of projects that would benefit from the accompaniment presented by the World Bank in order to concretze it. These projects are as follow :
For the development of internal reuse cases of open public data :
- An e-platform for level crossings with the railway “SMART Passages à niveau (SNCFT)” that enables the remote monitoring of traffic movement at the level of these intersections,
- A mobile application to monitor and control the course of disposal of grants awarded in the cultural sector «DIGICOM»,
- An electronic portal related to the field of helath insurance, “CNAM SMART Portal“, which allows to know the geographical distribution of health professionals and the distribution of the workload between the various regional centers of the National Health Insurance Fund/
For the development of external reuse cases of open public :
- A mobile application to reinforce the security and facilitate the transportation of women farmers “WASLA TRANSPORT“;
- A mobile application “Thnity” related with the urban transport, which enables the identification of times and routes of bus trips at the level of regions with heavy use of public transport.
- A mobile application “Service Culture –Be Free” to display the various events, cultural activities, archaeological sites and various public facilities necessary in order to motivate tourists to move and visit many areas easily.
