Organizing workshops to diagnose the reuse cases could be developed through open data

As part of the implementation of the second commitment in the third OGP action plan which focuses on the legal and regulatory framework to facilitate the public data release, the e-Government unit at the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Modernization and Public Policies organized in cooperation with the World Bank a series of workshops for five pilot sectors (agriculture, transport, culture, industry and energy, Health Insurance) given the progress made by these sectors in public data release in an open format.

The workshops were held from April 29 to May 02, 2019. in which several officials for each sector and the Open Data Program officials of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Modernization and Public Policies in addition to the experts of the World Bank.

These workshops aiming to identify the data reuse cases that can be developed by using open data for each sector through studying and analyzing the internal challenges or problems of each area that can be solved by open data.
