Consultation on the End-Term Self-Assessment Report of the 2nd National Action Plan 2016-2018

Within the framework of follwin-up of the 2nd OGP action plan, the team overseeing the OGP program monitoring at the Presidency of the Government in coordination with the steering committee in charge of the follow-up the execution of the 2nd OGP National Action Plan drafted the first version of the end-term self-assessment report. In fact, this report includes information about the execution progress of all commitments which the Government has engaged to implement  during the period of 2016-2018.

Noting that the OGP initiative represents an international forum that Tunisia joind on January 14, 2014 and it drafted and implemented two action plans  during the last four years based on a participatory approach that has been applied by organizing several national consultations to draft the action plan and to select the priority reforms according to the participants’ proposals.

In addition the steering committee comprising representatives of government and civil society ensures the monitoring of all stages of elaboration, execution, following-up of the action plan at the national level in addition to disseminate information on the OGP program.
