Complete the selection of the multi-stakeholder group representatives
– Organizing a national dialogue on energy and mines on 30 May 2019 followed by a Ministerial Council dated on June 07, 2019 on the dialogue outcomes;
– Completion of the both lists of the multi-stakeholder representatives (ministries and companies) and its submission to the Minister for approval;
– Drafting a working program to complete the composition of the multi-stakeholder group and to appoint the administration and companies representatives in this council;
– Complete the election of the civil society representatives in the multi stakeholders group;
Establish a diagnosis of the governance system of hydrocarbons and mining sectors
Develop an action plan for the multi-stakeholder group
– Submit a draft action plan to prepare the participation of the Minister of Industry to the International Seminar on Transparency in the Extractive Industries to be held in Paris in June 2019;
Submit a request to join the EITI initiative
Inter-communication between the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry
Capacity building of the multi-stakeholder group representatives
– Organizing a training session for the multi-stakeholder group representatives during September 2019;
