Establishing a coordination working group between the Access to Information Authority and civil society
– Drafting a wroking plan;
Drafting an assessment report regarding the implementation of the goal 16.10.2 of SDGs on the promotion of the access to information in Tunisia
– Organizing 02 workshops for public institutions and CSO on March 27, 2019 to present the survey that will be used to collect data for the drafting of this report;
– Working to establish a steering committee comprising representatives of public institutions and civil society to prepare for drafting this report;
– Defining a working plan;
Capacity Building on access to Inofrmation
– Organizing 07 training sessions on access to information since September 2018 for the benefit of around 200 public officials within the frameork of cooperation between the Access to Information Authority, the General Directorate of Reform, World Bank and Artcile19. These sessions have been organized as follow :
•Training session for officials of access to information within several public health institutions in Tunis on April 30, May 2 and 3, 2019;
•Training session for officials of access to information within ministries and public enterprises and companies in Tunis on April 22, 23 and 24, 2019;
•Training session for officials of access to information within Grand Tunis municipalities on March 2, 3 and 4, 2019;
•Training session for officials of access to information within ministries on February 25, 26 and 27, 2019;
•Training session for officials of access to information within ministries and public enterprises and companies in Tunis on January 23, 24 and 25, 2019;
•Training session for officials of access to information within ministries and public enterprises and companies December 19, 20 and 21, 2018;
•Training session for officials of access to information on September 17, 18 and 19, 2018;

Establising common rules for the classification of administrative data
– Completion of the national common referential for the classification of administrative data by the National Agency for Computer Security and its presentation to public structures at a national symposium;
– Drafting a Decree project on the adoption of this referential within public institutions and its submission to the Presidency of the Government for approval;
