Commitment 7 : Applying the principles of Open Contracting in the hydrocarbons field

Include the Open Contracting principles in the draft of Hydrocarbon Code revision

– Launch of the preparatory work to identify activities that can be undertaken;

Develop an e-platform to apply the Open Contracting principles

– Development of a Ressources.tn platform by I Watch organization and the Natural Resources Governance Institute and the inclusion of phosphate data. Working and coordination with the Ministry of Industry in order to adopt this platform to establish the open contracting principles;

Prepare a benchmark study and drawing on international experiences in the Open Contracting area
