Global framework of open government and ways for its establishment in governments

A study drafted by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the open government field using results of the survey sent in 2015 to 50 countries on coordination and citizen participation in the open government policies elaboration, as well as reports and studies collected by the organization in related fields. This report aims to clarify the principles of open government and the process to be adopted in addition to the necessary mechanisms to avhieve it.
