Establishment of the Open Government Guide at the local level

As a part of the implementation of the 4th commitment included in the second OGP action plan 2016-2018 and precisely the first sub-commitment “open government guide at the local level”, and as a part of Open Government support programme in the French-Speaking African Countries “PAGOF”, a guide on open government principles and best practises had been drafted which is dedicated for local government. This guide was established within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Local Affairs and Environment, the Centre of Traning and Decentralization Support, the French Media Development Agency “CFI” and “Expertise France” organization, in addition to the e-Government Unit which monitors the implementation of this PAGOF programme in Tunisia in cooperation with the French Development Agency.
