Study on “Open Government in Marsa, Sayada and Sfax in Tunisia”

Within the framework of cooperation between the Presidency of the Government and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCDE) and the Ministry of Local Affairs and Environment, a study has been elaborated on the “Open Government in Marsa, Sayada and Sfax in Tunisia”.

This study aims to assess the legal and institutional frameworks of public policies on open government in three pilot municipalities in this area, namely, the Marsa, Sayada and Sfax. Also, the final version of this report includes several recommendations and best practices that can be used to further lay open government principles at the local level.
