Best implemented commitments in the Open Government Partnership Initiative

This document includes some commitments that have been assessed as the best commitments implemented under the Open Government Partnership initiative in some member States. These commitments are evaluated according a number of criteria presented in detail in this document, whereby each commitment is classified as a SMART commitment.
