Completing the 2020 Open Government Survey in Tunisia
– A survey was completed in February 2022 by public structures that oversee a number of areas related to Open Government, such as the electronic Government unit, the access to information authority and services for relations with constitutional authorities and civil society rattached to the Presidency of the Government.
In parallel with this survey, a public consultation was organized through the National Public Participation Portal www.e-participation.tn during the period from October 01 to November 01, 2021 in order to allow all the interested stakeholders in the field of Open Government to participate in the identification of priority reforms to be included in the draft strategy.

Organizing online workshops on the open government strategy in Tunisia and on comparative experiences in the field
– Two online workshops were organized in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development “OECD” to exchange experiences in this area (the Canadian experience in May 2021 and the Spanish experience on June 10 and 11, 2021 );

– Organization of 3 workshops on December 07 and 08, 2021 to present and discuss the results of the survey project on the reality of Open Government in Tunisia.

Compiling the strategy inputs based on the workshops results and formulating the first draft of strategy
Two workshops were organised:
– The first workshop on March 29, 2022 to participate in the formulation of the strategic vision that will be included in the final version.
– A second workshop on April 11, 2022, to help define the mission that will be included in the strategy and to propose strategic axes and objectives.
