Adoption of a law on the denunciation of corruption and protection of whistleblowers

The law on the denunciation of corruption and protection of whistleblowers was promulgated in Mars 2017. The law describes forms and procedures to denunciate corruption and mechanisms of protection of whistleblowers, which will further reinforce transparency, integrity, accountability, good governance and the fight against corruption in the public and private sectors.
This law fulfills the first commitment of the 1st OGP Action Plan.
