National corporate governance repository

The national corporate governance repository was launched to provide guidelines and requirements for responsible and citizen-oriented governance in public and private companies. This framework also offers supportive and progressive tools to help public and private institutions to engage in good governance, ethical practices, preventing corruption and social accountability.
The development of this repository fulfills the sixth Commitment of the 1st OGP Action Plan. This referential is currently being implemented in several public and private companies as set forth in commitment 12 of the 2nd Action Plan of the Open Government Partnership.
