The International Academy for Good Governance was established on December 31, 2014 in the framework of the Tunisian German cooperation to strengthen the capacities of senior civil servants operating at the central, regional and local levels in the context of international cooperation agreements with foreign countries and institutions on good governance.
Training sessions are moderated by experts from the public and private sectors and from civil society, as well administrative officers and academics from Tunisia and abroad.
The establishment of the Academy fulfills the twelfth Commitment of the 1st Action Plan of the Open Government Partnership.
