Meeting of the Advisory Committee in charge of monitoring the implementation of the 4th OGP Action Plan held on February 14, 2022.

After welcoming the participants, Mr. Khaled Sellami opened the session by recalling the problem that still exists with the Executive Office of the Open Government Partnership regarding the delay in the publication of budget closure reports, noting that the budget closure report for 2019 was published, but after the legal deadlines. In this context, he also stressed the need for the publication of the budget closure report for the year 2020 within the legal deadlines (before the end of June 2022) so that Tunisia is not subject to exceptional measures that could lead to the suspension of its membership in the Open Government Partnership initiative.
