La r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte par Madame Rim Garnaoui qui a souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue aux participants et a mentionn\u00e9 que l\u2019ordre du jour de la r\u00e9union porte sur trois volets : Le premier volet s\u2019int\u00e9resse aux propositions \u00e0 inclure en tant qu’engagements au troisi\u00e8me plan d’action national du Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert. Le deuxi\u00e8me volet concerne la pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019initiative de l\u2019Association Tunisienne pour la Gouvernance Locale relative au fond d\u2019appui aux facilitateurs du processus de participation et de co-cr\u00e9ation du Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert.
