Apr\u00e8s avoir souhait\u00e9 la bienvenue aux participants, la r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte par Monsieur Khaled Sellami, qui a rappel\u00e9 que le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la r\u00e9union rel\u00e8ve du deuxi\u00e8me plan d\u2019action national du programme de Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert. Par la suite Mme Rim Garnaoui a pris la parole pour pr\u00e9senter l\u2019ordre du jour de la r\u00e9union r\u00e9partis en trois axes : le premier axe porte sur le lancement des travaux pr\u00e9paratoires du 3 \u00e8me Plan d\u2019Action du Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert ; Le second axe consistait \u00e0 discuter des moyens d’assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l’adh\u00e9sion de la Tunisie au Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert, le troisi\u00e8me axe \u00e9tant le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des engagements du 2 \u00e8me plan d\u2019action national du Partenariat pour un Gouvernement Ouvert.
