La nouvelle constitution de la R\u00e9publique Tunisienne pr\u00f4ne les principes de base pour l\u2019adoption de nouvelles approches, assurer la bonne gouvernance des ressources financi\u00e8res et naturelles et la conception de politiques et programmes publics sur la base d\u2019approches transparentes et positives.
