Ce syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec la collaboration de L&rsquo;Agence Cor\u00e9enne de Coop\u00e9ration Internationale \u2013 KOICA, et repr\u00e9sente un portail de participation et d\u2019interaction entre l\u2019administration et les utilisateurs publics. Le portail offre plusieurs canaux de communication notamment pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des citoyens et pour leur permettre de soumettre leurs plaintes, suggestions ou requ\u00eates.
