En plus d\u2019un certain nombre de repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. Ce s\u00e9minaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement une occasion pour l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019information et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences avec trois responsables aupr\u00e8s de trois villes europ\u00e9ennes \u00e0 savoir Nanterre en France, Madrid en Espagne et Anc\u00f4ne en Italie. Ces trois experts ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs exp\u00e9riences dans le domaine de la communication publique et la participation citoyenne.<br \/>\nDans le m\u00eame contexte, des ateliers de travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s sur les strat\u00e9gies et les outils de la communication publique actuellement adopt\u00e9s dans les municipalit\u00e9s et sur leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 renforcer les principes de gouvernement ouvert et les m\u00e9canismes possibles pour les renforcer et les d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
